When your 55+ hour work weeks get cut in half, what’s a girl to do? Other than the occasional brave family who wants a magical, snowy, winter session and my regular newborn clients, my session and edit work load is less than half during these chilly winter months. So what does that look like for the work week? First off, if I am being honest.. it means I get to meet up with friends for a long run and lunch way more often. ha! Winter isn’t so bad I guess, huh?! But it also has me catching up on the other parts of running a business that get sorely neglected during the busy season. Book keeping, website maintenance, equipment maintenance, shopping for updated family session and newborn props.. Also, contracts and meetings with prospective clients, and hopefully for 2019 - the occasional blog post? We’ll see.. no promises on how riveting the content will be..
